Eldora Mountain Resort employee Louis Miller of Longmont, Colorado has sadly passed away. He died on Thursday 16th May 2024 after a tree fell on him. He was confirmed dead through a post that said “This one really hurts … Louis Miller you were an awesome friend. Thank you for trusting in me to help with you soil company and always supporting your crew. See you on the other side brother.” According to the Boulder County Sheriff’s office, Louis Miller was struck by a falling tree. Despite the immediate medical attention provided by ski patrollers, including CPR, and the swift response of a Flight for Life Colorado helicopter, Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.
