Sherrill Pest Control employee Joseph Bowling of McMinnville, Tennessee has died. He passed away on Monday 20th May 2024 at the age of 31 leaving family, friends and colleagues in shock and disbelief. He was confirmed dead through a Facebook post that reads “Can I just wake up from this nightmare. Your kids are the only ones who has felt your heartbeat from the inside and now mine is broken into a million pieces that no one can put back together.” The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of Joseph Bowling’s death have not been released.
Joseph Bowling was born in Nashville, Tennessee, the cherished son of Labern and the late Cary Bowling of Tullahoma and Jeannie and the late Clint Walker of Manchester. Joseph’s Mid-Tennessee heritage defined the man he was, one who loved his relatives, friends, and simple pleasures in life. A professional partner of Joseph’s was acknowledged at Sherrill Pest Control. There, he was not merely an employee – he was a colleague who was genuinely happy with the work he did. It was visible from how Joseph related with other people. He cherished his job and how it enabled him to assist others by protecting their company and household.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 9 years, McKenzie Mitton Bowling of McMinnville; his children, Tucker and Sadie Bowling of McMinnville; sisters, Marsha Bowling and Mandy (Jared) McCain both of Manchester; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Judy Mitton of Woodbury; grandpa, Papaw Ronnie Miller of Woodbury and sister-in-law, Mandy (Andy) Kerperien of Murfreeboro. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held June 1, 2024 from 12:00 noon until 3:00 P.M. at Rustic Elegance, 1751 Doolittle Rd. Woodbury, TN. 37190.
