Brookdale Dodge City Certified Nurse Aide Chantelle Scott has sadly passed away. She died after a tragic accident leaving family, friends and colleagues heartbroken. On Wednesday 22nd May 2024, she was confirmed dead through a Facebook publication that reads “My heart is broken today. Chantelle Scott you will be missed. You was very special to Clayton Klein. Please keep her family in prayers and the Sprott family in your prayers.”
