While grieving him, her husband, Brandon, died by suicide yesterday. “At this moment, the future is uncertain for Kayla, but we know that whatever path she chooses to take from here, she will need resources to begin anew as a single parent to her other young son, Sorin. Brandon Williams was a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and a resident of Lynchburg, Virginia, according to his social media profile. He went to North Davidson High School and studied Heavy Construction Equipment Mechanic at Muhlenberg Career Development Center. Brandon worked at U.S. Army and was a former Powder Coat/Laser Department at Virginia Metalfab and a former Transfomer Assembly at Delta Star, Inc.
