Salt Lake City UT:- Carol Zobrist Parcell is mourning the unexpected passing of her beloved husband, Walt Parcell. He was announced dead yesterday, Wednesday, the 22nd of May 2024. Walt Parcell, a resident of Salt Lake City, Utah died after a long and courageous battle with cancer. It was reported that he has been battling cancer for the past ten (10) years.
While announcing the death of Walt Parcell, Carol mentioned that she still can’t believe they’ve lost Walt after such a hard-fought battle. “As I put in a search for pictures of Walt over 7,000 pictures came up,” she added. Thoughts and prayers are with his friends, family and community during this difficult time.

Walt was a resident of Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Wasatch High School. After high school, Walt went on to study at BYU. He was married to Carol Zobrist Parcell. Walt was a Former Missionary at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was the owner and founder of Parcell Construction and Advance Insurance and had a successful career as a Chief Executive Officer in the insurance industry.
He was an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. Walt was skilled in negotiation, business planning, sales, term life insurance, and life insurance. Walt was known as a dynamic professional with a strong background in business development and was also an alumnus of BYU.
