Massachusetts law enforcement officers responded to a stabbing incident at the AMC Braintree 10 movie theatre. Witnesses reported that a man stabbed four young women inside one of the theatres at the cinema located at 121 Grandview Road on Saturday.
The victims were taken to South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, with one suffering a serious arm laceration, but all four are expected to survive. The suspect fled towards nearby buildings, including hotels. The Braintree Police Department confirmed an active investigation but did not provide further details. The AMC Braintree 10 has been closed, and patrons were evacuated after the incident.
