What was Amie Gray cause of death?
Locals have identified the victim of a beach stabbing as Amie Gray. Just before midnight on Friday, Ms. Gray, 34, of Poole, Dorset, passed away at the scene on Durley Chine Beach in Bournemouth. A 38-year-old lady who sustained severe injuries is undergoing medical attention in a hospital. Ms. Gray oversaw the women’s indoor football team Dorset Futsal Club as head coach and personal trainer.
Police are questioning a 17-year-old teenager from Lancashire who was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. Police released CCTV photographs of the suspect on Sunday to get witnesses to come forward. Police also made an effort to reassure locals and tourists that they were actively looking into what they called a horrific crime.
A web gateway has been established for individuals to input data. Due to a large cordon, many who arrived at the beach on Saturday were turned away by police. During what would often be a busy Bank Holiday weekend, the officers manning the cordon were unable to predict how long it would stay in place.
