Beloved Member of Florence County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Carmen Broach has sadly passed away. She died on Saturday 25th May 2024 leaving family, friends and colleagues devastated. She was confirmed dead on Sunday through a post shared by the City of Florence Police Department that reads “Our hearts are heavy today as we stand with our Florence County EMS and Florence County Dispatch family during this incredibly difficult time.”

She was a force to be reckoned with and will be remembered for her utmost passion for her job. She will be remembered for her talent and unwavering optimism.
