Page High School student Lily Basil of Franklin, Tennessee has sadly passed away. She died after being shot on Saturday 25th May 2024 at McKay’s Mill. Franklin police have apprehended an 18-year-old man in relation to a shooting that took place in the McKay’s Mill neighborhood on the night of May 25. The suspect, identified as Matthew Roufail, has been charged with first-degree homicide. His bond has been set at $150,000.
