Peak Level Physique co-founders and head coach Jeremy Marcotte of Idaho Falls, Idaho has sadly passed away. He died leaving those who knew him in shock and disbelief. He was confirmed dead by Gold’s Gym Idaho Falls through a Facebook post that reads “We cannot even begin to describe the sadness we feel to announce Jeremy Marcotte’s passing. Anyone who knew Jeremy knows he was the most uplifting person and in everyone’s corner as they worked toward their fitness goals.”
Jeremy Marcotte Career
With a foundation rooted deeply in the realm of nutrition, this fitness and nutrition expert forged their academic path at Idaho State University. There, they earned both a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and a master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences. As a graduate student, they dedicated 1200 hours to supervised practice across various healthcare settings, an integral part of their journey towards becoming a registered dietitian.
Complementing their collegiate achievements, they attained certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through NASM in 2016, diligently maintaining these credentials over the past six years. Throughout this time, they’ve had the privilege of guiding numerous clients, both in-person and online, towards their fitness aspirations. Following their initiation into personal training, they ventured into the competitive arena of bodybuilding, debuting as a Men’s Physique contestant at the 2016 NPC Idaho Cup.

Since then, they’ve graced the stages of six national qualifying events and five pro qualifiers, totaling eleven competitions across Men’s Physique and Classic Physique divisions. Their tenure in the NPC circuit saw them claim eight class champion titles and three overall champion accolades. Fuelled by an ambition to secure an IFBB pro card and stand amongst the world’s elite bodybuilders, they persisted through four pro qualifying showdowns between 2021 and 2022.
Despite facing setbacks, their unwavering determination bore fruit in July 2022 at the NPC USAs, where they clinched victory, earning the coveted IFBB pro card in Men’s Physique. Armed with years of scholarly pursuit and athletic endeavor, they embarked on a new chapter as a coach, driven by a desire to impart their passion for bodybuilding. Transitioning into this role proved immensely fulfilling, with their primary objective being to optimize their clients’ potential while ensuring a positive journey throughout the preparation process.
