Beloved daughter and sister Deanna D’Arco has sadly passed away. She died on Wednesday 29th May 2024 after being involved in a deadly car accident on Monday. She was confirmed dead through a Facebook post that reads “Kacy and Steve D’Arco lost their beautiful daughter Deanna today. She was in a tragic car accident on Memorial Day. My condolences go out to the D’Arco/Burgess family”.

Deanna’s loving and caring personality was not confined to her immediate family. Friends, neighbours, and even acquaintances could attest to her genuine kindness and generosity. She believed in the power of small acts of kindness, often reminding those around her that even a smile could make a significant difference in someone’s day. Her empathetic nature drew people to her, and she formed deep connections wherever she went.

A GoFundMe account was created by Taylor Henderson on Monday in order to solicit help to support the family in these trying times. The goal of the fundraiser was to raise the sum of $10,000 but at the time this report was made, the sum of $5,900 had been raised with the help of generous donations.
An excerpt from the account reads “On May 27th, 2024 Deanna D’Arco was in a horrific car accident and unfortunately passed away 2 days later due to her injuries. She was only 19 years old and has left a huge hole in the hearts of those who loved her.To help support her family, we are looking to raise as much money as we can. To not only cover funeral expenses but also so they can take the time they need to grieve and get back on their feet.”
