Regional Transit Service employee Lisa Lavelle of Rochester, New York has sadly passed away. She died after being involved in a deadly motorcycle accident leaving those who knew her devastated. The news of her passing was known through a publication that said “My sister said she was light skin and I believe her. My heart is broken. I interviewed you when you applied for the job and I trained you when you started and I never met anyone that tried so hard and worked so hard.”
